Cobes is an Irish DJ and producer currently based in Australia, where he has resided for the past two years. His early exposure to DJing came through his stepfather, a DJ in the 90s, who had Technics turntables at home. Cobes immersed himself in Dublin’s club scene around 2012, influenced by the deep house era and artists like Brawther and Julian Anthony. Post-Covid, he became involved in DJing and promoting with Elmnts Dublin. Over the last few years, he has focused on honing his production skills. Heavily inspired by the 90s progressive house renaissance, a sound he was familiar with from playing records with his stepfather, this influence is evident in his productions which can be found on @Bam.trax Voices For Change EP.
