28.11.25 ~ 30.11.25 — My 32nd Birthday in London 🇬🇧
I visited London for the first time in a while, and celebrated my birthday with an unforgettable meal at Ikoyi. I walked through the city, enjoying the beautiful illuminations. I bought some clothes from my favorite brand, Drake’s, and visited a museum to see an exhibition. Of course, I didn’t forget to stop for coffee along the way.
On the last day, I held a brewing and cupping event at London Calico, where I introduced Klover. It was great to meet again the Customers who had already visited Klover in Paris, and I had a wonderful time meeting many new people as well. On my way back to Paris, I thought about how I first started my coffee journey.
I’ve always loved traveling and visiting local coffee shops in every city. This year, I held Klover’s coffee pop-ups in Tokyo, Seoul , Bangkok ,and London. I hope that in the future I can continue sharing the coffee I love while traveling and meeting many different people.
I feel grateful to be doing coffee.

Klover x Livid
Paris has become one of the most exciting cities for specialty coffee, with a new generation of passionate professionals pushing the industry forward—from trading and roasting to brewing. Among them is Kim @__amuser , a seasoned coffee expert with experience across Asia and Europe, who launched @klovercoffee.paris in Paris last year. He now roasts and brews his own coffee, drawing on years of working with renowned specialty coffee companies around the world.
On June 22nd, Kim will be at Livid from 11:00 to 16:00, serving both espresso and filter coffee. It’s a great chance to experience how specialty coffee knowledge and culture can vary globally. Throughout the pop-up, we’ll chat about his coffee philosophy, roasting style, and brewing techniques.
After the brew session, Kim will also host a small cupping and share insights from his time in the European and Asian coffee scenes. It’s going to be a fun and inspiring day—if you’ve visited Klover in Paris before, don’t miss the chance to catch up with Kim and taste his coffee here at Livid.
