âWe Donât Talk About Feelingsâ is an ongoing exploration of love, loss, and the quiet process of self-awareness.
The work exists in the spaces where language fails. Where relationships do not break, but slowly drift. Iâm drawn to the subtle moment when distance enters without notice, when familiarity begins to feel constructed, and silence starts to replace what was once easily shared.
Rather than asking what was lost, the project turns inwards, questioning the instinct to withhold, to retreat, to close. The images reflect this tension: figures remain in proximity, yet out of alignment, navigating a space between presence and emotional distance.
There is no fixed narrative, only fragments and gestures that hesitate. Glances that never fully arrive, repetitions that echo something unresolved. Through this, the work becomes a way of tracing the self in relation to others, shaped as much by what is unspoken as by what is expressed.
We Donât Talk About Feelings does not offer resolution. It lingers in ambiguity, holding onto the idea that what defines a relationship is often not what is said, but what remains withheld.
