TIMER (@___timer ) makes her debut on TREKKIE TRAX with “Sea Wolf EP,” a six-track release shaped through years of real club experience.
Starting her career in Nagoya’s club scene, she developed a strong sense of dancefloor dynamics through DJing, event organization, and supporting international artists, building a practice rooted in the realities of the club.
Combining organic vocal samples, analog-textured drums, and minimal structures, the EP delivers a sustained groove rooted in house and techno, with tribal elements woven throughout.
The title track “Sea Wolf” builds a hypnotic flow through looping vocals and percussive patterns. “Obsidian Marble” leans toward electro with layered vocals and heavy bass, while “Modo” offers a lighter, tribal-infused groove. “Raven Drop” and “Banka” focus on direct, drum machine-driven impact for the floor.
Closing with a remix by Seimei (@seimeikawai ), “Sea Wolf EP” balances functionality and character, marking a clear statement of TIMER’s evolving direction.
