Starting the night off, we have
@flincitystylez from the
@prophecyfootworkcrew leading a footwork course. Stylez, a footworker and seasoned instructor, will guide participants through footwork fundamentals. Open to beginners, this class has very limited capacity & is pre-sale only— tickets available through resident advisor. Everyone who participates in the class will have free entry to the second event.
The second event “Come Get This Work” is a night with some of Chicago’s best, with support from

@djmanny_music ? DJ Phil is a protégée of the late DJ Rashad and an ambitious core member of Chicago’s Teklife collective. An incredible producer, DJ Phil often exposes a deeper melodic angle, tending to deviate from the traditional fast-paced nature of footwork. DJ Manny, also a member of Tek Life, has been footworking since he was 10 years old. A dancer through and through, DJ Manny’s prolific tracks are made to make you move— regardless of if you know how to footwork. Finishing up the lineup,

@__sugo2000__ will be spinning, too. As a DJ that rolls deep in the footwork & club music genres, consistently pushing the genres in new ways, DJ Zuni is a real breakout star of the underground Chicago music scene. sugo2000, a talented dj and music producer, has made her unique musical voice known. Self-identified “girl producer”, Sugo brings such a melodic and yet undeniably percussive and pressure-driven sound to her sets. Tickets for this event are available at the door only, ranging from $10-$20 through the night.
