Nicholas Steven Hoban (@___nsh ) is a lecturer at (@uoftdaniels ) also coordinating the various Robotics Labs and Digital Fabrication Facilities (@digitalfabrication.daniels ) at the John H. Daniels Faculty. Nicholas’ research explores novel methods of construction through tectonic assemblies facilitated by robotic fabrication.

Aeolian Soundscape - For the past month John Nguyen, Myself, Rahul Sehijpaul and an incredible team of Daniels students Designed and Fabricated a reciprocal frame structure under double curvature for the Ontario Place Lumiere Festival. A massive thank you to the Design, Fabrication and Install team. A tremendous effort to pull off this unique geometric structural exploration. None of this would have been possible without @john.design@rahulsehijpaul@selinamadanat@meeraathomas@cam.manore@zhennyboye@liamcassano@nermine_hassanin@_elham_kh_@avec.renee@cevapi_papiii@zacharymollica A massive thank you to the Daniels Faculty of Architecture @uoftdaniels and the Mass Timber Institute at the University of Toronto for their support in this project. The pavilion will be on display at Trillium Park from March 10 to May 7th.
