First thing of any significance I’ve make at the blacksmith shop. I started with mild flat stock, 1.5”x5”x.25”. All hand hammered in coal, drifted hole, no grinding just a little edge clean up with a j-flex 400. Definitely a little hokey but I’m having fun with these old guys learning how to shape steel into things other than knives.✌🏻
Just delivered five sets of table knives to their new home at one of the coolest culinary projects I’ve ever been a part of. Once in a lifetime opportunity nearly two years in the making✌🏻
