Pollo & Hippo for RUIDO SOUND
Based in Paris, Pollo & Hippo are two DJs united by a shared passion for house music in all its shades.
After years spent shaping their own projects: Pollo with Micro Plaisir, Hippo with Moshpit Vandals, the pair naturally came together behind the decks as ipichik, blending their influences into a refined selection inspired by 90’s and 2000’s vinyl culture.
Their sets move between deep house, tech house, and progressive grooves, always driven by emotion, rhythm, and deepness.
Having lived between the Netherlands and Germany, they now channel their European experiences into events across Paris, creating moments that feel simple, warm, and genuinely shared.

A few highlights from the second edition of our @microplaisir festival
Thank you to everyone who made this moment so special. A lot of effort and organisation went into making this magical weekend possible, spent with friends, family and artists, and made even better by some wonderful encounters.
I am very grateful to be surrounded by artists and friends who are so dedicated and passionate about what we do. The best is yet to come.

Rencontré chez notre disquaire préféré, le jeune @____pollo_ nous a tout de suite épaté par la sensibilité de sa sélection, imbibée de House trentenaires, on y retrouve toute sa générosité au fil des morceaux. Bonne écoute !

Biberonné à l’électro depuis l’enfance, Pollo accroche avec le monde de la musique jeune.
Le Co-fondateur de Micro Plaisir, roule aujourd’hui sa boss entre orga de teufs sur la capitale et le booth.
Il tire son inspiration des disques des années 90 et 2000, aux sonorités fraîches deep et tech house.
