Our first session had three curated activities to set intention and start the day strong:
🌙 Sound Bath by JP Campos of nāda — an immersive healing journey through sound and stillness.
🧘 Yin Yoga by Raquel Rodriguez of Yoga Block — a grounding restorative practice holding poses for deeper connection and release of any tensions.
☕️ Coffee Tasting by Gerard Alzate of nāda — a mindful experience savoring the depth of specialty coffee.

Meet the nāda Head Barista and our gusto Instructor — Gerard Alzate 😌💖
As the head barista at nāda’s cafe, Gerard’s passion for coffee started in the cold winters of his college years. He honed his craft during the pandemic alongside fellow hobbyists, experimenting with brew methods and beans both locally and from abroad. For Gerard, coffee is more than the beverage— it’s the quiet ritual and shared experience that make each cup meaningful at nāda.
