day 32/90: october birthdays 🎂 is the studio even a studio at this point 😅 back-to-back launch events, super excited for all the new changes coming up this month. we’re also slowly revamping our little coffee pop-up — almost turning 2 in january 🫨 diet lately has been bread, protein shakes, and way too much fried chicken. 80% moved in, just need groceries and a bed now. it’s been hard to lock in a good routine lately — juggling media, church, work, and more work — but these next few weeks i really want to be more intentional about what i create and learn. still super thankful for every opportunity and how it’s helping me grow.

day 21/90 — maybe it’s stress or just moving too much but this makes no sense 😭 been a wild week — wedding weekend as a groomsmen, got stuck in st. louis for a night, then straight into kape + studio stuff. finally got a couple days to breathe. slowly moving into a new apartment too which i’m really excited about. things i def need to fix: cardio and bodyweight’s been solid, but i gotta start rebuilding some muscle again. also… still eating way too good :))

day 14/90: weigh in week 2 update (prev. 194.7 lbs) it hasn’t been the cleanest diet. honestly, calling it a diet might be a stretch lol. travel, moving, studio chaos, coffee shop updates — it’s been a blur the last two weeks. habits i’ve accidentally built (some good ones):     •    tim hortons loyalty remains     •    smoothie phase     •    netflix + incline = only cardio     •    muay thai, tennis, volleyball, hiking — staying active somehow     •    daily food pics because… accountability i’ve started missing posts, and i can already tell this weekend will test me — my birthday, a wedding, more reasons to drift. still, i’m learning that growth doesn’t always look soo disciplined. sometimes it’s just showing up anyway.

day 11/90: 1000% getting a haircut tomorrow so far “dieting” has just meant eating whatever’s in front of me (it’s been happy). but one thing i refuse to lose on is showing up for a workout — whether it’s muay thai, the gym, or even a random tennis session. i’ve probably had some of the craziest outfits on the elliptical — clogs, dress pants, 12am… doesn’t matter. i think over time these little things turn into habits. as i start to dial in my dailies — work, gym, diet — these are three things i feel like i can 100% guarantee by the end of this: 1.cure my camera insecurities just by show up daily 2.the right people will show up over time (like that random gym owner at the airport or my friend abdul dropping by the studio after 5 years) 3. working out will be as common as my daily tim hortons xl coffee and of course… the weight loss will follow. 3 days till the next weigh-in 👀

day 10/90: 10 years flew by 🫨🫨🫨 i’ve always been pretty adamant about weight loss ever since senior year of high school when my doctor told me i HAD to lose weight. over the years that relationship’s changed. i still value it, but now i see it more as a byproduct of the other things i’m chasing. when i look back, my most disciplined seasons weren’t about losing weight—they were about something bigger i was going after. 2015–2016: me and a few friends tried to start a fitness group called project genesis (christian asian gym brand lol). we had no idea what we were doing, but it was fun and taught me how much the right people can push you. 2017–2018: college started but i also joined the military, which forced me to grow up fast. living with 50+ strangers for 6 months, away from family… i had to figure things out for myself. and this was when @achoointernational started as well as my interest in media. 2019–2022: covid era. i didn’t really eat out, played a lot of league, and did chloe ting workouts at home. honestly, that might’ve been one of my more consistent phases 😂. my last college years. i joined an org called kawayan that changed a lot for me. performing on stage pushed me out of my comfort zone, and wanting to look “stage ready” gave me a reason to stay active. 2023–2025: easily the toughest stretch. i either gained or stayed the same, but never really lost weight. but this was also when we built the media agency and coffee pop-up—so much of my energy went there with little regards for my health. now, as this year wraps up, i just want to find something that gives me that feeling again. not just to lose weight, but to get back to a healthier, more active lifestyle before the big 3-0 😭

day 9/90 awkward first date… will try again tmmw. being on camera is worst than public speaking for me. why did i start talking about ube dalgona lattes lol. thought being back in columbus would make dieting easier… but being able to drive anywhere anytime has actually made it 10x worse. worked out twice today—gym + muay thai—so i’ll take that as a win. today: - eggs + bread - playa bowl smoothie - coffee - tuna macaroni salad + pear

day 8/90: average of 7 days weigh-ins ended up being 194.7 lbs🫢 while editing this video i realized i had boba today + kfc + tacos + dessert 😅🤤😩📈. these hangouts i really don’t plan for… just gotta do better tmmw. this past week was a bit hectic with travel and starting everything, but it showed me what i normally do. i tried not to change too much, just observe. overall i’m glad i’m making small adjustments and committing to the gym—even if it’s just 15 minutes. back in seattle i’d still go in late at night or early morning after a full day, so i know it’s possible. calories: (tba) but spoiler: it’s probably over 😅

day 6/90: travel day headed back home tonight. our flight leaves at 9:30pm but with the timezone change we’ll be landing in columbus around 6am—so basically a night of no sleep. spent the day working and wandering a little more around chinatown. honestly one of the cleanest and best ones i’ve been to. lunch at hong kong restaurant hit hard. random moment at the airport: we’re sitting there debating how many calories were in this curry rice dish, and the guy next to us just starts laughing. turns out he was on our flight to seattle and now he’s on our flight back. owns a gym near our studio, been at it for 20 years, competed a bunch of times. he told us he’s 50… and honestly to look like that at 50? goals. he said i could hit my goals in 3 months if i focus more on insulin spikes and glucose management. made total sense when he explained it… then i walked away with only one note in my brain: don’t eat after 4:30pm. somehow the pears from whidbey island survived the trip. diet today - did not exist: 🍳 breakfast     •    omelet (bacon, mushrooms, cheese, medium)     •    mini croissant     •    apple ≈ 640 cal | 30g protein 🥢 lunch (hong kong spot, shared 3 ways)     •    beef brisket dish (lots of meat)     •    stone bowl rice w/ chicken + salted fish     •    steamed lettuce/veggies     •    extra rice bowl ≈ 950 cal | 46g protein 🍠 snack     •    taro steam bun (+40 cal)     •    2 mini fish-shaped custard cakes (taiyaki style) ≈ 370 cal | 6g protein ✈️ dinner (airport)     •    mocha (½)     •    curry rice (¾ portion, ~700 cal)     •    iced tea (¼) ≈ 820 cal | 20g protein totals ≈ 2,780 calories | 102g protein
