Yesterday I learnt a lot about olive š« trees!

We went to @gardengrowntrees in Flinders with our landscaper @_____fields@nathanburkett.nbla to select our tree. I loved that all of these trees come from other properties and are rehomed! š³ it was so fun to choose our treeā¦a great small business that deserves a shout out!

Big thank you to the team at @_____fields for installing these 7m Washingtonia palms at our Toorak project.
Each palm weighs close to two tonnes, so getting them from nursery to final position takes careful planning, the right equipment, and a crew that knows exactly what theyāre doing.
The canopies remain tied while the palms adjust to their new setting. This keeps them looking good and healthy.

As the weather starts to cool (somewhat) we slowly start to shift our attention to prepping the gardens for the dormant seasons ahead. Pruning, Feeding and Mulching are all on the list as we look to the skies and plead for more rain.

Red Hill - Set on an elevated, man-made embankment to capture sweeping ocean views, the house rests lightly above the land. Our response was to shape the rise into a journey, with flowing lawn paths and broad swathes of textured planting guiding you gently toward the horizon.
