Last month at The Stanway School, something fundamental shifted. đ§
Over 15 secondary schools and more than 30 school leaders came together for one reason: to explore how nervous system regulation can change what happens inside the classroom.
For the SEND and Inclusion leads in the room, the conversation wasnât about adding more pressure onto already stretched teachers or creating more behaviour plans.
It was about addressing what sits underneath it all.
Because what schools are seeing right now, behaviour escalation, attendance dropping, EBSA, anxiety, and disengagement, are not isolated issues. They are symptoms of dysregulation.
Regulation Before Escalation.
Alongside school leaders from across the region, our Schools team shared how the 9D Schools Programme acts as an adaptable, plug-and-play nervous system regulation framework designed specifically for young people.

A big reason people do this is because weâre wired for connection, and see disconnection as danger.
