Hi, I'm Lexie, the heart and hands behind 787 Events! Born and raised in Austin (a true unicorn in this city), I've spent years perfecting the art of being the calm in someone else's most exciting storm. From producing large scale fundraising events in college to executing weddings and events across Austin, I brought that same love of a detailed timeline and a perfectly executed day into building 787 Events, a name that's a nod to my Austin roots, because all Austin zip codes start with 787.
What drives me isn't just my eye for the smallest details. It's that I genuinely want your day to feel like you! Every moment I plan is woven with pieces of your story, so your guests aren't just attending a wedding, they're stepping into your world.
My favorite part of a wedding day? All of it (convenient, I know). From the giddy, can't stop smiling moments before the first look, to watching you finally let loose on the dance floor!

This weekend marks one year since Emily and Ben said "I do," and what a beautiful day it was! The color palette was perfect. The rain held off for the ceremony, gifted us a rainbow right during the couple portraits, and the reception was absolutely gorgeous from start to finish!

Camcorders are back! This trend is so fun and nostalgic. Couples have been handing off camcorders to their bridal party, family, and friends to capture the day from their POV. It's such a cute keepsake filled with all the little moments that are so personal to you and those you love!

Last weekend in Austin felt like stepping into something straight out of a movie… but better, because it was real, and it was theirs.
Camp Finger officially began on a sun-soaked Friday at The Retreat at Balcones Springs, a full day of lake energy, cold drinks, kayaks, music, blob launching and that kind of joy you can’t fake. The kind that builds when people truly show up for each other.
Julie & David welcomed everyone like family, setting the tone for a weekend that was colorful, loud, nostalgic, and effortlessly fun. (And yes… David, with over 12+ years of camp under his belt, absolutely understood the assignment.)
From the first jump into the lake to the last candid moment, this day was packed with life, the kind you wish you could bottle.
Grateful for how kind and open everyone was with me and Enso (my partner in crime behind the scenes). And somewhere in between all the chaos and laughter… even Larry David made an appearance, because of course he did.
Still not over this one.

One of my all time favorite spring weddings! Jenna + Taylor's late April wedding was absolute magic! Bluebonnets everywhere, hand-painted blue and white vases, and a clear tent with cascading florals overhead. We created an entire venue and experience out of nothing but a field, and watching it all come together was unreal! 🩵
