This is the tallest restaurant west of the Mississippi, wrapping around the 71st floor of the U.S. Bank Tower in downtown LA. Time your dinner for sunset, the windows gradually clear as the sun goes down and the views are incredible. The menu includes dishes like Kaluga caviar, yellowfin tuna tartare, ribeye, and blueberry pavlova. Golden Hour is offered Tuesday to Friday from 4 to 6 PM.
