IBW 2025 marked the completion of one of our most ambitious carbon fiber programs to date.
This is our iteration of the Panigale — the Ducati Panigale EVO.
Every panel on the Panigale V4S was fully re-engineered in carbon fiber — designed, tooled, laid up, and finished in-house. The real challenge was the fuel tank: a fully structural carbon fiber tank, developed from scratch using new tooling strategies, material studies, and bonding methods.
With no reference points to follow, only problems to solve, this became a first-of-its-kind execution in India.
What stands here isn’t just a motorcycle — it’s the outcome of relentless iteration, creative manufacturing, and a team driven by process and precision.
