Last week we celebrated the final day of the Year of the Horse with a magical Lantern Festival at 60 Curzon, hosted in collaboration with Arttouch and the wonderful Emilia Wickstead. 🏮
Guests enjoyed an evening of vibrant performances, including traditional Peking Opera and an energetic Lion Dance, surrounded by Emilia Wickstead’s stunning dresses and beautiful homeware by Angela Wickstead.
Set within the fabulous apartment designed by the talented Christian Bense, it was a truly special evening spent celebrating with our network.

We are pleased to share that, against a challenging backdrop for Prime Central London, 60 Curzon has achieved an exciting sales milestone, since late Spring 2024, the landmark Mayfair address has achieved £270 million in sales, with 72% of residences now sold - a strong performance in one of the world’s most internationally driven luxury markets.
Comprising 32 boutique homes, including two penthouses, the scheme has seen particularly strong momentum in Q4 2025, delivering over £70 million in completed transactions and a blended average approaching £6,000 per sq. ft., supported by @savills and @knightfrank .
