The hospitality from Bert and all of his team was truly amazing and I can’t thank them enough for having us out. Literally a dream come true.

Who’s ready for warm summer nights, bbq, and a beer on the patio? We sure are!!
We’ll be honest, we can’t WAIT for the construction to be done on our new space and to get out of that tiny food truck so that we can serve y’all some beautiful platters like these again!!
You eat with your eyes first, and that’s a big part of what makes BBQ special. When you get a tray like this, it should stop you in your tracks. We treat every platter like it matters, focusing on color, contrast, and presentation to make it something you actually remember.
Packing everything up to go out of the food truck just isn’t the same experience for you or for us, but it sure beats being closed!
Are we getting a liquor license inside the new space? You bet! It will be cold longneck glass beers and canned cocktails like sun cruisers, and high noons for the first few months. Once we get settled in, we plan to do a full bar program as well!
Our space is coming along day by day and we hope to be in there around Memorial Day or the first week in June. There’s a lot of moving pieces to that date, and anyone who knows construction knows to add a few weeks on to that and be happy and surprised that it finished on time. Fingers crossed!
Also, we know the line has been slow, and we appreciate you guys that stick it out more than ever!! The reality of the situation is there is only room for 2 people in that little truck when we would normally have at least 6 people making orders inside. They are moving as fast as they can, but we have the same demand with less warmer space and a lot less hands.
