You should know by now that with me, youāre not getting a simple zen meditative experience! The method of breathwork I use to facilitate these events is a continuous 3 part breath that induces an altered state of consciousness for participants (thatās not a marketing gimmick - look it up!) Once you drop in to a session like this, a lot of our subconscious thoughts and feelings rise to the surface, similar to what we think happens when we dream. Thatās when the magic happens. The body is able to process and RELEASE. Iāve seen a range of emotional responses in my group journeys, from laughter and bliss to tears and rage - Iāve seen, and personally experienced, it all.
Somatic Breathwork was a beautiful tool I am so grateful to have found on my healing journey.
