😎 I’m so excited for the year ahead on @52drummers . I want to thank all these amazing drummers, from all walks of life, of all ages and abilities, that have put themselves forward to take part. Here’s a little preview of what’s to come on this account across 2026. It started as a complete experiment (and risk for me, spending so much time and effort to get it off the ground!), so I’m really heartened by this amazing line-up. It’s been a pleasure to be the first of 52, and I can’t wait to see how everyone else uses their takeover. You’ll probably notice that there are still some gaps (especially in the second half of the year), so please tell your drummer friends about this account and get them on board!

In early November this past year, I went to Nashville to jam around on the drums! Going to different bars and restaurants I played with various bands such as The Future Legends at JBJ’s, and I met a lot of insanely talented musicians who are the best at what they do!!!
Not only that, I went to several music stores like Guitar Center, Fork’s Drum Closet, and Nelson’s Drum Shop.
There was something special about Nelson’s though.
They are one of the most respected and best-known vintage drum shop in the world, especially among professional drummers, collectors and touring musicians. I was curious about this store so I decided to go there and make some drum videos, as I usually do. I was just messing around when a guy was complimenting my style of drumming. I showed him some techniques and that was that.
Furthermore, we were reconnected only for me to find out he’s Pat Steward, the drummer for Bryan Adams!!! I was absolutely shocked.
He gave me a lot of really great advice in the meantime, and next thing you know, I got to see them live at the end of November!!!!!
I met Bryan Adams, Pat Benatar, Neil Giraldo, and many more musicians who played for them and were involved in the whole production.
I was introduced to Caesar Griffin, Pat Benatar’s drummer, he gave me such great advice as well as Pat!
I got the opportunity to watch them perform soundcheck and it was amazing.
I even got to sit down at the drumset, play some drums, and experience what it looks like to play at an arena infront of 20,000 people!!!
This goes to show that you should always put yourself out there because opportunities will always approach you!!! #fyp #viral #drums #drummer #music

Hi my name is Natalie Kaplan, I’m a 17 year old professional drummer who’s been playing for 14 years!!! I practice roughly 2-3 hours daily, the most I have ever practiced in one sitting was 10 hours!!! My biggest passion and aspirations involve performing drums, meeting new people who also have the same goals as me, and traveling the world and sharing a big stage with talented musicians!
Recently, I connected with Pat Steward, Bryan Adam’s drummer who has taught me a lot about my craft. I was invited to see one of their shows in Minnesota and meet cool musicians such as Pat Benatar and Bryan Adams!!! I have met some very inspirational people that one day, hopefully, I can fill their spot.
I want to pursue music for the rest of my life and I hope you can watch me grow as a musician, and especially on this page @52drummers !!!
