Tattoos are ‘story-locks’ to me, visualisation of core memories I do not want to forget. And you long lived without ink.

I am going down, and down— toward an unknown adventure. It was a very quiet dimension, where nothing reached you: no sound, no smell, no vision.
Yes - like after death.
Or like that moment after your heart has stopped beating, when your soul still hesitates, struggling to step away from your body:
Imagine the inner peace slowly loosening from you, inch by inch, as if it were blood unspooling from you -
soft, violent, and somehow sweet.
