/ Dune House / We’re thrilled to share one of our latest custom home projects, 'The Dune House.' This home was truly a labour of love, with an incredible amount of craftsmanship and carpentry poured into every detail. The exterior is cladded in stunning silver top ash, wrapping the entire house in this beautiful natural material. Inside, you’ll find timber accents throughout, complemented by ply ceilings, polished concrete, and hardwood floors. The home also features custom joinery, double-glazed windows, and automated blinds for added convenience and style. Each of the four bathrooms boasts its own unique design, while the kitchen and mudroom/butler’s pantry create the perfect central hub for the home. / Millewa / We’re thrilled to share Millewa, one of our latest custom home projects. Our wonderful clients had a clear vision for their dream home and knew exactly how they wanted the finishes to look. We worked closely with them from start to finish to bring their ideas to life. Standout features include stunning timber raked ceilings inside and out, custom joinery in every room, a fully self-sufficient energy system with solar power and battery storage, and not to mention, stunning views of our wonderful coastline. The home showcases exceptional attention to detail in every finish, a testament to the skill and dedication of our talented team and trusted suppliers. The constant collaboration with our trades is truly a pleasure, and these outstanding results wouldn’t be possible without their expertise and commitment. / Happy Birthday to Jerra (aka Froggy) / Our longest-standing team member and part of the 4Life journey right from the very beginning. As our Site Manager, Jerra plays a huge role in what makes 4Life what it is today. An incredible carpenter and a natural problem solver, he’s always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Calm under pressure, great for a laugh, and always good to have around on site. / Fidock / The Fidock Project is a home we had the pleasure of building a few years ago. Designed by the talented team at Contech Adelaide, this home features an exterior fully clad in Shou Sugi Ban, giving it a striking modern look while still sitting beautifully within its surrounding landscape. One of the things we love most about building custom homes is the opportunity to work alongside talented architects and designers.
