¿En qué momento bailar empezó a ser más una demostración que una celebración? 👀 Con Joe hablábamos de esto: de la importancia de salir, bailar, compartir, disfrutar la música, party, el encuentro… y de cómo, cuando eso se pierde, también se pierde algo muy importante en el baile. Cuando nuestro baile viene solo desde la tensión, la comparación o la competición, estamos perdiendo, no importa los resultado laborales k tengamos. El groove, la verdad y la libertad que nacen cuando el cuerpo baila desde el disfrute.. 😌🥰🎶 Competir puede aportar cosas, claro.
