the monster under my bed - my prethesis collection!!
this collection stems from my childhood fears of the monster under my bed that i never quite outgrew. thus delving into my fears of growing up and the betrayal of familiarity.

4. Printed dress that can be worn a number of different ways with pockets as large as the dress itself
5. Sheer white shirred top made with $1 fabric from the garment district in LA
6&7. Grey puff dress with pearl jewelry from my collection loss that was based on the passing of my dog
8&9. Hand woven bag with hand dyed tea fabrics such as hibiscus, chai, earl grey and hojicha - also has embroidery and beading throughout
