New Single Origin: Peru San Ignacio
Grown high in the mountains of Cajamarca, this coffee showcases the clarity and balance the region is known for. Fully washed and sun-dried, it delivers a clean, expressive cup with bright citrus acidity, notes of red apple and orange, caramel sweetness, and smooth milk chocolate on the finish.
Roasted medium-light for filter brewing.
