Wanted to share our newly designed RS3 exhaust! We’ve already done a few of this V2, but recently just solidified everything and they’re rolling out. The single valve with the closed routing design redone is a drastic improvement upon the V1 with dual valves and dual routing. When closed you get a nearly stock volume and open you really hear the volume change and 5 cylinder breathe. Helmholtz in place in the mid pipe to assist with cabin noise, which isn’t even needed on this setup. Peaceful driving and quiet volume when you want it. Fresh set of LS headers off the press!! This Datsun 280z w/ LS swap got the treatment. The offset engine mounts proposed a bit of a challenge, along with general tight fitment, but came out phenomenal. Fully TIG welded, backpurged, and spun.
