Two commissioned pieces by @jllcharleston for a clients home she recently completed. These are letter-pressed using 6 separately designed plates all printed at different pressures on the press to produce a layering effect with the hand mixed green ink. Lots of registration which means moving the plate all around the bed of the press by hand to find what feels and looks best (slide 4 shows all of that and the two pieces that we landed on at the end)

I made this simple stationery for a few of my dear friends for a craft get together and forgot to share with you all here. Firm believer lately in it’s the little things that seem to matter the most and have come to the conclusion that simple stationery is the key to my heart and rules the world.
Crested Butte you were such a beauty. We were fortunate enough to be caught in the first major snowfall out west this past week and man, in it did not disappoint! So grateful we hit it just right with the best humans along for the ride 💫🤍
As I complete another year around the sun, I’ve been feeling this so hard lately. Finding joy in the tangible, the people I love, the work I do (lots of branding to share over @jackierobinsondesign soon) the land we live on and my overall desire to be outside in nature. For me it’s putting my phone down (sometimes for days on the weekends, friends can attest) noticing the endless scroll and connecting deeply to what brings me the most joy. Tao into it 🤍💫

A little bit of life lately… slowly settling into 2026 and letting it move through me while I find my footing. Some sweet moments of work, friends, family and moments that made my heart sing this past month:

There’s no surprise our best selling print is New York and paired with our New York candle makes the perfect gift for the New Yorker obsessed. We’ve been thinking about doing Brooklyn… What do you all think? Yes or overkill?!
Ink plays such a huge part in our work… we hand mix all of our own soy based inks according to the Pantone book so we can make any color under the sun - which can be such a rewarding experience or an incredibly frustrating experience. People always ask why letterpress is on the pricier side - well this is just one of many reasons. A slow and methodical process of mixing your own ink and then seeing the magic unfold on the press never gets old. Enjoy a little love story for ink and how we use it in our everyday process.
