2 years ago this month, I launched the 410Method. In my own fitness journey, I was fed up with “nothing working” - I had tried all the fad workout programs and diets and I still was unhappy with how I looked and how I felt. So, I set out on a mission to figure it out. I researched, explored and implemented….the tools I gathered were my life line and helped to move me from stuck and frustrated to feeling better than I ever had before.
410Method is a compilation of what I used to get myself out of a rut of feeling unwell.
When I took some time to reflect this week, I dug into some old journals…and I found an entry from when I first started designing the method. It is still true today;
“I want people to develop a positive relationship with food and with their body. I want them to celebrate and love the body they are in without restricting and overexercising. I want them to look at all aspects of their health - to explore habits, sleep, stress, lifestyle, mental state and relationship with themselves. I want them to learn to be kind to themselves, and learn how to approach this content with loving-kindness. I want to help them create a well-balanced routine that leads them towards wholehearted living.”
The 410Method started as a 6 week transformation challenge - and while the 410Method pillars have remained the same, the delivery of the content has evolved A LOT over the past two years. When I look back on its development, it’s a rollercoaster ride…finding my way in the online format has had its fair share of ups and downs. Truthfully, I almost abandoned it several times. What got me through was the one thing that has always stayed constant…my passion for this program and what I believe it can do for its members.

Positive goal setting is about focusing on what you have to GAIN. The 410Method will help you find what your positive goal is - while focusing on what you desire, you will get further than you ever thought possible!
