3Rivers is among this year’s finalists for @greaterfortwayneinc 's Business Excellence Awards alongside a strong group of organizations doing important work throughout northeast Indiana.
This recognition is really a reflection of Team3 and the care our employees pour into people every day, along with the trust our members and community have placed in us over the years.
Winners will be announced during Greater Fort Wayne's annual meeting and awards on June 4!
Over the past decade, Team3 has come together to support local communities through our United Way giving campaign—and last year’s marked a record one, with employees raising more than $100,000, matched by an additional $100,000 from 3Rivers. 💙
Recently, we were proud to present contributions from that campaign to United Way of Allen County and United Way of Whitewater Valley, helping support critical needs across the communities we serve.
Since 2016, our team members have helped generate more than $1.5 million in community impact through employee giving and ongoing community support.
