What a brilliant week we’ve had...
It started with the news that Andy Booth is joining us as Project Consultant - bolstering our already amazing team.
We then ventured to the @royalarmouriesmuseum in Leeds for this year’s @plasaonline North. As their manufacturer representative, we were on the @electronictheatrecontrols stand and it was a fantastic couple of days catching up with old friends, making new connections and introducing Andy as part of the 3LR family.
And if one trade show wasn’t enough, we then paid at visit to the @museumsandheritage Show at @olympialondon . The show is the UK’s largest gathering of professionals working across museums, galleries and heritage visitor attractions - sectors which regularly draw on our lighting expertise.

Our very own Stuart West is ending the week in style at @electronictheatrecontrols ! We’re at their London HQ as part of a lighting workshop which looks at the principles of lighting - including angles, colour and intensity - in the pursuit of storytelling.
Next week, we’ll be heading up to the @royalarmouriesmuseum to attend @plasaonline Focus Leeds and will be mainly based on ETC’s stand, which is N-C06. The exhibition takes place next Tuesday (12th) and Wednesday (13th) so, if you are attending, please pop by and say hello!

Situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, the @southbankcentre Royal Festival Hall is one of London’s most iconic performance spaces; housing a 2,700-seat concert venue which attracts millions of visitors every year.
The Hall recently decided to upgrade its existing house light system - which was made predominately of tungsten figures - with a brand-new LED system, centred almost entirely on products from @electronictheatrecontrols ArcSystem and ArcLamp range.
In our role as ETC’s manufacturer rep, we were tasked with supporting the integrator, client and consultant throughout this ambitious project, as well as co-ordinate the overall specification of the lighting system and any special requirements.

Today marks @internationalwomensday_global - a day in which we celebrate women across the world as well as call for greater gender equality.
As a company, we are thrilled to say that half of our staff are women: Barbara Lloyd (Finance Director), Karoliina Helin (Lighting Designer) and Sandra James (Project Manager). These three amazingly talented individuals help make 3LR what it is and fully embody our founding mantra of ‘lighting by emotion’.
