To that I say: you can’t remove the sacred from yoga.
Yoga is holy. Yoga is a designed science.
It’s sacred whether you believe it is or not.
Even if you only come to get flexible…
Even if you just want a workout…
Even if you’re here to pass the time…
Yoga is a trickster.
It lets you in through the calm vibes and the pretty aromas…
and then pulls you straight into the depths of your own soul.
And the camera?
Bayybeee, once you drop into your practice, it becomes background noise.
You don’t even notice it because you’re that deep.🌊
That present. That connected. That in your body.
We record because the medicine needs to be accessible.
We record because the experience doesn’t lose its holiness.
