Breaking Barriers: The Untold Journey of Two Women Finding Their Power
In this āPodcastā, I sit down with two of my dearest clients, two very different women with two very different stories, who decided to silence the noise and take full control of their lives.
From self-doubt to self-belief, from social pressure to self-mastery, this conversation delves deep into what it truly takes to transform, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
This isnāt just about a photoshoot.
Itās about becoming the woman you were always meant to be.
We talk about:
š Overcoming fear and social judgment
š„ Rebuilding confidence from the ground up
šŖ The mindset behind real transformation
šÆ The power of discipline, purpose, and self-worth
If youāve ever felt stuck, lost, or afraid to take that first step, this episode will remind you whatās possible when you stop listening to the world⦠and start listening to yourself.

Iām Chris, an online coach from Ireland and Iāve lived and breathed high-level competition my entire life
As a Division 1 athlete in swimming and a medalist competitor in multiple other sports, Iāve pushed my body and mind to its limits.
What truly sets me apart as a coach isnāt just my experience, itās my relentless commitment to guiding others through the trenches I once walked alone.
Iāve made thousands of mistakes on my journey. I never had a mentor and I didnāt have any close friends who chose the path of discipline. I had to figure it all out on my own.
Every setback, every misstep, every misjudgment taught me something invaluable. I know exactly how tough and lonely the solo road can be.
In school, I never connected with learning because I was being fed information without context, no real understanding of why it mattered.
It was all about memorising or failing and under these circumstances, failure meant consequences, not growth.
Thatās why my coaching is different. I donāt just tell my clients what to do, I teach them the why.
I make sure they understand the why behind every step so that they are not just following a program but truly owning their transformation.
Too many people seek out coaches who talk the talk but have never walked the walk. I know what itās like to struggle, to feel lost, to battle self-doubt with no mentor to turn to.
I also know what it takes to break through those barriers, and thatās exactly what I deliver for my clients, not just the physique of their dreams but the mindset and confidence to own it.
The truth is, chasing a six-pack isnāt why youāre really here, itās about evolving into the person who earns them and you know it.
Itās about self-belief, discipline, and looking in the mirror with a sense of pride you never thought possible.
The transformation isnāt just physical, itās a rebirth.
The journey shapes you into the strongest version of yourself, the leader, the role model, the #Visionary
If youāre ready to evolve, to step into your final form and claim the confidence and strength you were always meant to have, DM āVisionaryā and letās talk.

Spent years trying to do it āthe right way.ā
More content. More noise. More attention
Almost forgot the whole point of why I started.
I tried playing the game.
It cost me more than it gave me.
I stepped away for 6 months.
Not because I had nothing to say.
But, because I didnāt like who I was becoming.
I was also producing content for all the wrong reasons.
However.
Back now.
No scripts. No silly āValueā. No fucks given.
How To Get Your Girlfriend Into Cycling š«£
Step 1 - Clear Comms.
This oneās just good practice but if she feels safe and informed sheāll probably go again.
(We almost got hit by a car without helmets on but because I communicated that we almost died with clear comms it was all g⦠š«£)
Step 2 - Donāt Crash.
Crash = mess up nails⦠not ideal when trying to pitch future rides.
Step 3 - Compliment Aesthetics.
As sheās wearing my old āAerodynamicā jerseys (or in her world my oversized hoodies) I need to make sure thatās she knows this has the equivalent sexiness as that going out dress. How..? Iām not entirely sure but it is.
Step 4 - Complimenting Form (theme beginning to form)
Where my missus got her Remco-like aerodynamic positioning from I have no ideaā¦š„¹but, whether your missus has good or bad form you best believe sheās giving compliments.
ie: if she feels like a dopey fool, she aināt coming on the next ride.
Step 5 - Sweet Treat.
Telling the missus you can have this š¦ and still lose weight is honestly like telling a child theyāve no school in the morning.
Bonus tip - wear a fucking helmet.
Not proud of this one.
Did I forget any steps??? Any advice for the fellas, please drop bellow ā„ļø
Imagine if gym = watts⦠Iād be a some problem for #Pogi
Funny, the fella on the right is me two years ago (only picture I could find of me flexing with a bikeā¦. and Iām slightly mad at that)
If I was brain dead clueless and didnāt know any better Iād say the fella on the right (me) would beat the fella on the left (Pogi) at any sport 10:1
Lucky for me Iām not brain dead just clueless and fully aware of my messily 206 FTP.
But youād be shocked the conversations Iāve had with some coaches, gym goers and averages joes who read about it that reckon the fella on the right has that winning edge āwith enough specific training, youād take him Iād say. Youāre still young yetā was a compliment given to me by butcher of all people when we were talking about #LBL š„¹ā„ļø
But Iām here to set it straight for anyone whoās got their wires crossed.
Us average humans go to the gym for two main reasons.
- Aesthetics
- Health
While a professional athlete use the gym for one primary reason.
- Performance
So may it seem to the ignorant eye that gym = performance and boy god Iād love for that to be true but itās just not the case.
āHereās some actual negatives on having a large amount of muscle in sports.
- Sink like a rock in swimming
- Climbing on a bike is disproportionately harder
- Running vs Kneecapsā¦
- Power to weight ratio will always be Fād
- Maximising endurance while fuelling all this muscle
- Lack of aero / streamline
- Lack of agility
- Lack of flexibility
ā Pro on having large amount of muscle in sport.
- Look good at the start line.
