As a big fan of Metroid games I've designed this concept inspired in the beautiful Samus character, created with simple elements, shapes and adding some details in the texturing process. Modeled the entire body, suit and armor in Maya as a low/mid poly object, I've created a long version of the hair but I didn't like it that much so I modified some free asset from Turbosquid. For the Hi-Res mesh I sculpted some parts of the model and added some details in Zbrush. Textured in Substance Painter and then Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4. Enjoy 🙂

Our good robot friend Mega Man 🤖👾 has been one of my fave characters through all my life, so I designed this simple concept, mid-poly for videogames as a personal project. The design was inspired in Tony Jimenez RockMan DRN-001 concept art, but I made my own modifications to it. For me this would be an Evil Mega Man Clone, with more improvements to the original design, built by Dr. Wily to destroy Mega Man.
