the clash between the serif and the pictogram reflects avius’ project, mixing acoustic, almost ancestral sounds with contemporary production.

La table château s’inspire des forteresses médiévales évoquées dans les récits de chevalier qu’on me racontait lorsque j’étais petit, d’où son dessin naïf. La forteresse évoque une forme de protection.
Les embrasures latérales permettent le passage du fil d’une lampe de chevet ou offrent la possibilité de faire glisser un objet vers la plateforme supérieure.
L’ouverture en forme de porte, définie par son espace négatif, dessine la silhouette archétypale d’une table à quatre pieds et offre une vue sur les objets déposés sur la surface inférieure.
