Mental health is complex, and for people with ADHD, it can be influenced by a range of everyday challenges that are often misunderstood. From emotional regulation to sleep and focus, ADHD can impact how we experience the world and how we cope with it. This is why many people with ADHD also experience anxiety, low mood, overwhelm and burnout. Breaking this down helps create understanding, reduce stigma and encourage more people to seek the support they deserve. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we are here to remind you that you are not alone, and support is available. If you are struggling or wondering whether ADHD may be part of your experience, head to adhd-360.com to learn more and take the first step. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthBreakdown #ADHD #MentalHealthMatters #Neurodiversity #ADHDSupport #RemoveTheShame #ChangeTheNarrative

Revision can feel overwhelming, especially with ADHD. Difficulties with focus, memory and task initiation can make exam prep harder but the right strategies can make a real difference. Small changes like breaking tasks down, using timers and building in movement can help support your brain and reduce stress. Remember, ADHD is not a lack of ability. It is a different way of processing and with the right support, you can succeed. If you are struggling with focus or think ADHD may be affecting your learning, you can take our free screening test today via the link in bio. #ADHDTips #ExamPrep #Neurodiversity #ADHDSupport #StudyTips #MentalHealthAwareness

A powerful day in Parliament, changing the conversation around neurodiversity. On 21st April, we were proud to take part in a unique and inspiring APPG for ADHD event alongside Ruth Jones MP and Jo Platt MP. The day began in Speaker’s Court with a very special guest… Prestur, the Icelandic horse. His calm, intuitive presence created an environment that felt safe and grounding. It was a powerful reminder that sometimes, the right environment can make all the difference. Later, the conversation continued at the Parliamentary roundtable, Neurodiverse in a Neurotypical World. Together, we explored how inclusive environments across education, workplaces and communities can transform confidence, wellbeing and opportunity for neurodivergent people. One message stood out clearly: Neurodivergent people do not need fixing. Environments need to work better for people. The discussions highlighted the importance of designing systems that support individuals from the start, not expecting them to adapt to structures that were never built with them in mind. There is progress, but there is still more to do. We will continue to support conversations like this, bringing together voices that drive meaningful change and help build a more inclusive future for all. #ADHD360 #Neurodiversity #APPG #ADHDAwareness #InclusiveDesign #Neurodivergent #ChangeTheNarrative #RemoveTheShame #MentalHealthAwareness #ADHDSupport
