We’re proud to support the Cleworth Architectural Legacy (CAL) Project, which brings architecture into K–8 classrooms through hands-on STEAM learning that builds creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Recently, two of our engineers, Maggie and Cora, joined @denverpublicschools Lowry 5th graders in a CAL unit where students designed residential floor plans, explored HVAC and plumbing systems, and worked on a garden improvement project. Their creativity and passion stood out as they shared thoughtful, imaginative ideas for how spaces should function and feel.

After a decade of restoration, the World’s Wonder View Tower on the Eastern Plains officially reopened, bringing new life to a 100-year-old roadside landmark. From its origins in the 1920s to its quirky museum days and now a thoughtfully restored destination, this project honors both history and community.
We’re proud to have collaborated with form+works on this meaningful effort to preserve a one-of-a-kind structure while adapting it for the future. If you’re traveling along I-70, it’s worth the stop!

South Adams County Annex Transformation with Centralized Geothermal System
From maintenance garage to modern office space! The South Adams County Water and Sanitation District Annex Building was converted into flexible office and conference space to support evolving County operations.
360 Engineering partnered with Major Geothermal and @anderson_hallas_architects to design a centralized ground-loop geothermal system serving both the Annex and the existing Stevenson Buildings—improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and keeping operations running smoothly throughout construction.

This beloved historic landmark has been honored with a prestigious Stephen H. Hart Award for Historic Preservation—marking an incredible milestone in its revitalization.
Originally built in 1936, the McGinnis Gym once served as the heart of Buena Vista, hosting basketball games, school performances, and countless community gatherings. After years of vacancy, the building has been thoughtfully restored through the collaborative design efforts of @formworksdesigngroup , enLighten, and @jva_inc .
Today, the gym seamlessly blends its historic character with modern functionality—once again serving as a vibrant hub for students and the broader community.
