i'm writing this in tears... let's be honest, there is so many more important things happening in the world right now than fashion. Yet i chose this career which never felt rewarding even disconnecting to me since i started my first job as an assistant in 2019 as it is so far from real life and from the problems so many people in this world struggle with. The moment i joined @monster_mgmt something changed. I felt seen, my opinion was not only heard but appreciated and respected. I want to say thank you, from the bottom of my existence. To the Casting Teams for making our boys feel seen, the brands that chose to make their creative visions come to life on our boys, our fabulous models that pushed through 3 weeks of us asking them to run around for the entire day and night but most importantly to @svenmelzer_monster & @jacopogattibonotti that took me on and gave me the opportunity to work with them and make this vision become real. You showed me that this industry can be fun if we just act in the interest of our heart and see success without stepping over people. You are definition of Joy in every aspect. I appreciate you going hard at fashion and consider the world outside of it at the same time. I am incredibly grateful, because you exist. Thank you to the entire monster team, nothing would be the way it is without you 🩷
