It’s Fish Fry Friday!!! With this being our first fish fry in Hastings we don’t know exactly how much fish we will go through. If we sell out today we will plan on having more fish for next week.
Our first Burger of the Week in Hastings in one of Chef Mik’s all time favorites! The 414 is an ode to his all time favorite burger from @sollysgrille in Milwaukee. It starts with our signature short rib, brisket, chuck patty topped with white american cheese and stewed onions on a toasted brioche bun with huge dollop of butter.

After 5 plus years today will be our last day at the American Legion in St Paul Park. Thank you to everyone that has supported us over the years. Thank to all of the new friends we have made. Thank you to American Legion Post 98 for 5 years of partnership. We are excited to see everyone at our new location in Hastings very soon!!!
This week’s Burger of the Week is called Hot in Herre. Our signature short rib, brisket, chuck patty topped with white american cheese, battered @ellsworthcreamery cheese curds, bacon bits, and buffalo sauce on a toasted brioche bun with spicy mayo and fresh jalapeños. This will be our burger of the week until our last day in St. Paul Park on 4/29.

Get the rain jacket & head out to Burger Bash open until 8 pm tonight @328grill in Saint Paul Park. (Saturday) The @theartgoddess and I went and had some delicious food!
The Chef @sasquatchsammys made this amazing Thunderbird sandwich that was Buttermilk fried chicken breast with thunder sauce. house pickles, & shredded lettuce. Yes they buy quality chicken and the sandwich was so flavorful.
Second item we had was the Basic B by @house_of_gloor & this was an incredible burger!! Burger on a grilled bun with cucumber, 1000 island dressing, pickled onion and cheddar. The flavor combo was perfect!
There is a bar, multiple food trucks, you can eat inside too and there are ways to support Veterans at the Legion.
Thank you Chef Mik! We appreciate all you do to organize this event. Always meet new food trucks and the vibe is so great! 😃
