How to Use the Pendulum Machine - Proper Form & Technique
I’m Brandon, a trainer at 316, and I’m teaching you how to properly use the pendulum machine. We cover the correct setup including foot placement at shoulder-width apart, maintaining a tight core and neutral spine, and the proper movement pattern. I emphasize keeping your knees from caving inward, driving power through your heels, and maintaining proper breathing throughout the exercise.

Today we had the honor of welcoming Mario Arrizon to 3:16 Training Facility. 💪🏼
I gave him a full tour of the facility and he loved the vision, the atmosphere, and the direction we’re heading. From the training floor, recovery room , posing room, and everything we’re building here he was truly impressed with what God is doing through this place.
Not only that… I had the opportunity to put him through a chest pump workout session 😅🔥
And let me tell you… this brother is STRONGGGG! The energy, motivation, and positivity he brought into the gym was next level.
We’re blessed and thankful to have people around us who believe in the vision of 3:16 Training Facility and what we stand for.
