Due to an innovative partnership leveraging both state and federal dollars, we are thrilled to announce SEVEN Summer Youth Arts Employment Training programs! DEYA: Detroit Excellence in Youth Arts has partnered with Matrix Human Services, Heritage Works and Connect Detroit’s Grow Detroit’s Young Talent, supported by a State out-of-school-tiime grant from Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential to provide 145 6-week summer jobs in the Arts for Detroit youth at seven sites throughout the city.
