I’m the production manager for an incredible high energy event band called 30Vice! Many of you around town probably already know who we are. 👀
We are on the hunt to add an exceptional new male singer to our family and are currently accepting submissions to audition to become part of the team! 🎙️
Our clientele is catered towards high end, private events, where we deliver an outstanding energetic performance that is specifically curated to our clients around the country.
We are looking for someone with tremendous stage presence, strong vocal ability, adaptability and chemistry with our band, and healthy leadership skills. A strong work ethic is a must, as you’re working with a group of seasoned professionals.
This is a perfect role for that singer who is ready to take the next step into a new world of work and music that will lead to many opportunities down the road.

Meet Erie — the heartbeat behind 30Vice 🥁🔥
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Erie began his professional music career in 2013 when he helped form 30Vice. What started as a passion for live music quickly evolved into a full-time pursuit of creating unforgettable experiences on stage. In 2017, he relocated to Nashville to continue growing as a musician, performer, and entrepreneur while helping take the band to the next level.
Music has always been part of Erie’s DNA. He is the proud son of Cuban percussionist and Latin recording artist Elio Rodriguez, and that deep musical heritage shines through every performance. His playing blends precision, feel, energy, and versatility. Bringing together influences from funk, rock, pop, hip hop, and Latin music into one dynamic live experience.
Inspired by legendary artists like Earth, Wind & Fire, Phil Collins, Journey, Hall & Oates, Van Halen, Eric B & Rakim, and A Tribe Called Quest, Erie brings both groove and intensity to the stage every night.
Behind every great party is a great rhythm section and Erie has been setting the tone for 30Vice since day one. ⚡️

Andre Cailliet is a guitarist originally from Madison, Wisconsin who has called Nashville home since 2016. 🎶
Raised in a musical family, he began playing guitar as a teen and quickly developed a style that is both technical and expressive. Prior to joining 30Vice, Andre performed with a variety of Nashville artists, building a strong foundation in live performance. 🎤
His musical influences include Eddie Van Halen, Yngwie Malmsteen, Allan Holdsworth, and Shawn Lane, all of which shape the precision and energy he brings to every set. ⚡️
With a player like Andre on electric guitar, 30Vice delivers an exciting, more dynamic sound that takes each performance to the next level. 🔥
