so much heaviness and suffering occurring in the world, but one thing we always have in our control is the ability for compassion..this weekend with youth @youngtibetans_educationalclub I led a workshop with them creating zines called ‘little books of compassion’. Still not over how special they all are and I think their messages and visualisations of the theme are important for every1 to see. Particularly, as we enter ‘The Year of Compassion’ (initiated by HH Dalai Lama for his 90th bday) 🤲🏼❤️🩹
