We’re proud to be part of a new documentary, Unheard: The Ears of Ménière’s—a visceral and haunting exploration of an invisible illness, told through the ears of those who often suffer in silence. Unheard is an independent film currently in production, produced and directed by entertainment industry veteran Janine McGoldrick, who was diagnosed with Ménière’s in 2013. The film shares powerful firsthand experiences to bring greater awareness, understanding, and empathy to vestibular disorders. Janine's mission is to elevate Ménière’s public consciousness and drive more funding for research. To date, the production has filmed both individuals living with Ménière’s and experts in the field, including our very own Dr. Kevin Peng of the House Institute Foundation, as well as Guy Kawasaki, Nicolle Cure, and Glenn Schweitzer. 🎬 Learn more about the Unheard project and how to get involved: | or email: [email protected] | @2ndchapterprod #menieresdisease #menieresdiseaseawareness

For those who have hearing and vestibular issues, it's important to protect yourself from further damage. And for those that don't, trust us you don't want it. Take whatever precautions you can -- vaccines, masking, clean air etc. #earsofmenieres #menieres #hearingloss #vertigo #tinnitus

Tomorrow is National Ménière’s Awareness Day — a moment to shine light on an invisible, incurable condition that affects balance, hearing, and everyday life for millions. Ménière’s disease can bring vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss, ear pain, and profound disruption to work, family, and independence. Too many people suffer quietly, often without understanding or support. Here are a few meaningful ways you can help: • Learn what Ménière’s is — and share that knowledge with others. Resources include @vestibularveda @hearinghealthfoundation @houseinstitutela • Practice empathy for those living with invisible disabilities • Support vestibular research and advocacy when you can • Check in on someone you know who may be struggling • Help amplify patient voices by sharing stories and resources If you’d like to learn more, please visit the website for our documentary, Unheard: The Ears of Ménière’s, which aims to build awareness, understanding, and momentum toward better treatments and a cure. or Every share helps. Every conversation matters. #earsofmenieres #MenieresDiseaseAwarenessDay #InvisibleIllness #DisabilityAwareness #VestibularHealth #menieresdiesease #menieres #menieresdiseaseawareness

It's been almost 3 years since the poignant and heartfelt book "Dear Meniere's" came out featuring letters and artwork from in Meniere's warriors (like me). Check it out on Amazon. If you want to learn more about Meniere's disease and support awareness for this condition that strikes the same amount of people as multiple sclerosis what is hardly known, go to earsofmenieres.com or 2ndchapterproductions.com. We're working on the documentary to spread the word. #earsofmenieres #menieresawareness #menieres #menieresdiesease
