by Greek designer KOSTAS MURKUDIS. Kostas began his career in 1985 as Helmut Lang’s
first assistant and, since 1996, has been
designing women’s and menswear under his own
name. An exhibition celebrating his oeuvre of
the past 20 years took place in July 2015 at
the Museum of Modern Art (MMK), Frankfurt,
placing Kostas’ garments in conversation with
works by John Chamberlain, Dan Flavin and others.
