A beautiful morning in Riverside for a really special cause ☀️🏃♀️🩷 Several thousand runners, walkers, survivors, families, and supporters filled the streets of Riverside this morning for the sold out DONNA Mother’s Day 5K at Friday Musicale in support of mothers and families battling breast cancer.
From emotional finish line moments to moms running alongside their kids, the energy throughout the morning was something special ahead of Mother’s Day weekend in Jacksonville.
Founded by Donna Deegan, The DONNA Foundation continues to provide hope, support, and financial assistance for families navigating breast cancer treatment while also helping fund groundbreaking research.
A special congratulations to honorary survivor champion Anne Homan, who led the field in the Tombush Motors Drive Away Breast Cancer lead car this morning surrounded by supporters, survivors, and her “Anne’s Army.” 🩷

Today’s sold out race once again showed just how strong and connected the Jacksonville community can be when it rallies around a cause that impacts so many families.
