2025 was a challenging but yet a rewarding year, we pushed through and made the best out of it. We set S.M.A.R.T goals both short and long term, we’ve achieved some and still achieving some.
Against all odds we stayed consistent to our fitness goals, on some days we show up tired, we show up demotivated, we show up weak, but we still showed up regardless. DISCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY are the keywords.
Thank you all for rocking with me in 2025 and over the years, thank you all for trusting me with your fitness goals, thank you all for constantly showing up, thank you all for making a decision of a lifestyle change that has brought about physical fitness as a way of life for many of us.
