Open field, tight standards — essentially turning a stretch of polo ground into a comfortable, working venue for the night. No permanent foundation, no existing utilities… just careful planning and a lot of coordination to make the space function the way a finished venue would.
That’s the part people don’t always see. When the structure goes up, the flooring levels the field, the climate control comes online, and suddenly what started as open ground feels like a room.

At this year’s ARA show in Orlando — the largest gathering in the rental industry — our amazing Joelyn Caprine was named a Rising Star, an award recognizing emerging leaders making a meaningful impact across the field.
If you know Joelyn, this won’t surprise you! As our General Manager, she’s the one keeping everything moving — across sales, operations, logistics, and whatever else the day calls for. She started here as our only sales rep and helped grow the team into what it is today. Now, she leads it with a steady hand, a sharp eye, and a level of care that shows up in every project.
She also took the stage during the EventsU Young Professionals panel, sharing insight with a room full of peers on what it really looks like to build a career in this industry.

Built in California, 24/7. | This is home for us… raised on sunshine, site walks, and a healthy respect for whatever the land decides to do that day.
And if you’ve spent time building events here, you know every property has its personality. One ranch slopes a little more than the map suggested. The wind picks up right when the chandeliers go in. The access road looks generous until the first truck turns in.
It’s all part of that beautiful California charm!
We’ve spent a lot of years working across this state — ranches, private homes, estates, city venues — learning how to work with the land instead of fighting it. Reading the site early. Planning around the weather, the ground, the neighbors, the little things that make each place what it is.
At the end of the day, the goal’s simple: build the space carefully, respect where you’re standing, and let the celebration take over.
