RUSTED DENIM PANTS
Crafted from denim twill, these trousers are developed through a layered, hand-driven process in Ajrakhpur. The fabric is first block printed using traditional resist techniques, then hand-painted with iron rust black to create a naturally weathered surface. It is subsequently overdyed with fakki flower, resulting in a deep, earthy brown tone.

For the longest time, 23°N 69°E existed without a fixed space.
Moving between places, being in small rooms full of bags and parcels for 3 years, building everything piece by piece.

There’s never a day when you do not enjoy printing and painting a canvas this big.
Sure, there are days when you don’t feel like working at all, and then there are days when you get a creative block and in my case, I do get creative blocks a lot.
But the key still remains the same: to be consistent, to be determined.
I have been trying to make things commercial and trying to make things which are not one-offs, and I have been very unsuccessful and bad at it, because I don’t find my happiness in making things in larger quantities. I want every person who owns my garments to feel special and to know that this print was especially made for them.
