The fireplace, covered with black and white copacobana granite, is a real point of attraction of the lobby area. This material, that we have chosen to clad the fireplace with, is a rare and extremely valuable stone from Brazil, the nature of which does not stop to surprise us with its possibilities. It redefines the classic contrast between white and black, revealing its full depth and design potential. The wall surface finish is made of natural stone (polished travertine) while the shelving is made of brass. Thus, the color scheme on the wall does not distract us from the material chosen for the fireplace, but it distinguishes it by highlighting it against the fairly neutral background.
The bright blueness of the chairs echoes the azure splashes on the countertop, made of Brazilian granite. Together, the colors and textures of the selected materials create a feeling of comfort and set the atmosphere for the entire room.
Sit on a comfortable corner sofa opposite the fire, watch the flames reflect on the brass base of the coffee table and gently gleam on the shelves of the shelving. What kind of feeling you get here? That it’s a home. Your home.
Камин, облицованный черно-белым гранитом копакобана, является настоящим украшением зоны лобби. Выбранный нами материал - редкий и крайне ценный камень родом из Бразилии, природа которой не перестает удивлять своим художественными возможностями. Он полностью переворачивает представление о классическом сочетании черного и белого цвета, раскрывая его глубину и дизайнерский потенциал. Яркая синева кресел перекликается с лазурными вкраплениями на столешнице, выполненной из бразильского гранита. В совокупности, цвета и фактуры выбранных материалов, создают ощущение уюта и задают атмосферу всему помещению.
Расположитесь на удобном угловом диване напротив огня, посмотрите на то, как язычки пламени отражаются на латунном основании журнального столика и нежно поблескивают на полках стеллажа. Какое чувство возникает у вас в этом месте?? Это дом. Ваш дом.

Центральная часть офиса — демонстрационная зона с макетом жилого комплекса. Макет установлен на подиуме и открыт для обзора со всех сторон, а крупный экран дополняет экспозицию визуализациями и видеоматериалами проекта.
The central part of the sales office is a demonstration zone featuring a scale model of the residential complex. The model is placed on a podium and can be viewed from all sides, while a large screen complements the display with renderings and project videos.
URMAN в переводе с башкирского — «лес». Эту идею мы перевели в пространство уже во входной зоне: ресепшен встроен в ландшафтную композицию с живой зеленью и камнем. Создаётся ощущение, что здание бережно возведено вокруг природы, а её фрагмент сохранён внутри. Вход задаёт тон всему офису и сразу формулирует ключевой образ Urman City.
URMAN, translated from Bashkir, means “forest.” We brought this idea into the space right from the entrance: the reception desk is integrated into a landscape composition of living greenery and stone. It creates the impression that the building was carefully constructed around nature, preserving a fragment of it inside. The entrance sets the tone for the entire sales office and immediately conveys the key image of Urman City.
