A boat exit to end the night? Yes, really. This one kept us on our toes from start to finish and we loved every second of it. Water views, golden light, and a sendoff nobody saw coming.

You could tell they had done that handshake a hundred times before. It is the little things like this that make a wedding feel completely one of a kind. Nobody else has this. Nobody else could pull it off like they did. What would your thing be? Drop it in the comments.

A lot of couples go back and forth on the first look. Here is what we have seen. You get a real moment, just the two of you, before the noise of the day starts. No audience. No pressure. Just a chance to actually breathe and be with each other before everything begins. And then you walk down that aisle already settled. Already grounded. It shows.

The amount of support, love, messages, bookings, shares, donations, and encouragement we received over the last couple of weeks completely blew us away.    Not just from the women who booked Mother’s Day minis, but also from those of you who donated, shared our story, checked in on us, or simply held space for us.   Because of this community, we officially raised enough to fully cover the cost of our IVF transfer process for Baby Pompy. Typing that still doesn’t feel real. 😭   I originally wanted to record a thank you video as reel, but every single time I tried recording it, I got choked up. So just imagine me reading this to you in my voice and know that I mean every word with my whole heart.   This journey has been emotional, vulnerable, exhausting, hopeful, and beautiful all at once. Opening up about it publicly was honestly scary, but this community met us with so much kindness and support that it reminded me why I love this space so much.   From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our story. What a day this was. We could say more but we will let the video do the talking.

There is no wrong way to do it. Some couples do a first look. They see each other, really see each other, before the ceremony even starts. Some do a first touch, hands through a door, no peeking, just the sound of each other’s voice. Some just sit together for a few quiet minutes before everything begins. Whatever you choose, that moment is yours. And it is always one of our favorites to be there for.

Those getting ready moments are something else. The laughing, the crying, the moms trying to hold it together and failing beautifully. Friends zipping up dresses and telling you how good you look. Nobody is performing for the camera. Everyone is just there, fully present, soaking it in. Those are the moments couples tell us they forgot about until they watched the film back. And that is exactly why we show up early.

Some couples choreograph every step. Some just hold on and sway. This one knew exactly what they wanted and it was beautiful to watch.
