We don’t usually do this, but this place was too special not to share. Mangialardo’s is a hidden gem — warm, intimate, and full of old-world charm. The food was delicious. The owner, Francis, is the sole bartender, and the two servers are also the cooks. Something you don’t see very often! If you’re looking for somewhere different outside of Binghamton, check them out, about 10 minutes past Tioga Downs in Sayre PA!
